We will also help you develop a five page website to get you started1 along with training over the phone and continued support. Do I have to sign a contract?

No, ThemeRack is a month-to-month program. Cancel at any time. All cancellations will be billed for the current month, but you will not be billed again.

How am I billed?

All themes monthly costs are billed using a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Custom work is billed separately and can be paid using a credit card or paid by check. Any custom work paid by credit card will incur an additional 5.5% fee.

What if I only want to sell a couple products? Do I still have to buy the e-commerce plan?

We will discuss your individual needs and find a solution that works best for you. It is possible to sell limited products on the $70/mo plan. Please note that e-commerce requires additional fees to process credit cards, offer SSL certification, and hold a merchant account. Contact us for more information.
